El firmante tiene pleno conocimiento de las condiciones de la actividad de entrenamiento deportivo a la que se inscribe, en concreto afirma tener conocimiento sobre sus requisitos y haber sido informado por Volar Andalucía sus monitores. En concreto el firmante asume plenamente que:

1.- La práctica del deporte en general entraña una serie de riesgos previsibles, que son conocidos y aceptados por quien voluntariamente desarrolla y participa en estas actividades.

2.- En materia de deportes la idea del riesgo de accidentes de gravedad va implícita en los mismos y, por lo tanto, quien se dedique a su ejercicio lo asume personalmente. El usuario debe siempre prever la posibilidad de accidentes y de necesitar ayuda, evitando las actuaciones de riesgo propias o las que pongan en peligro a terceros o monitores.

3.- El firmante se obliga a poner en conocimiento de la organización, por escrito, cualquier problema físico o psíquico del que tenga conocimiento antes de la actividad y que pueda afectar a su seguridad.

4.- El firmante debe retirarse sin ninguna limitación previamente al inicio de la actividad si la misma sobrepasa sus límites personales.

5.- Por la presente admite y declara con plena validez legal que sólo realizará actividades para las que esté capacitado y de las que tiene experiencia, sin sobrepasar sus límites personales; que utilizará los equipos deportivos adecuados con diligencia, siguiendo siempre las instrucciones del entrenador.

6.- Queda totalmente prohibido el uso de aparatos electrónicos (móvil, camaras…) Volar Andalucía no se hace responsable de pérdidas, daños y accidente que pudiera ocasionar tanto al pasajero, personal o terceros.

7.-Queda totalmente prohibido cualquier tipo de vestimenta o complementos que pudiera interferir en la seguridad de la actividad. Algunos ejemplos ( no sera posible hacer la actividad en chancla, sandalias… tampoco ropa demasiado holgada, collares…

8.-Queda totalmente prohibido cualquier tipo de actividad que conlleva le apertura del arnés o abandonar la aeronave como pueden ser paracaidismo, salto base, wingsuit, D-bag Entre otros. Volar Andalucía no se responsabiliza de este tipo de uso.

PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS
La inscripción en la presente actividad implica formar parte de una base de datos que está registrada en la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, por lo tanto el firmante acepta que, de conformidad con la normativa de Protección de Datos Personales, autoriza a que los datos que nos facilita para a ser incluidos en unos ficheros cuya titularidad corresponde a Volar Andalucía. Dichos datos serán utilizados para enviarle información particular sobre la presente actividad y en general sobre los servicios, promociones y actividades relacionadas con la misma. Le informamos que también podrá ejercer su derecho de acceso, rectificación y cancelación de sus datos mediante una comunicación escrita en la dirección info@volar-andalucia.com

USO DE IMÁGENES
Por la presente, el firmante autoriza a Volar Andalucía a emplear las fotografías e imágenes tomadas durante las actividades que se desarrollen bajo su amparo y organización o a que se incluyan en cualquier soporte audiovisual, web, redes sociales, etc.; para efectos de reproducción y comunicación pública. Esta autorización de utilización del contenido grabado y de la imagen, se hace al amparo de lo dispuesto en la Ley Orgánica 1/1982, de 5 de mayo, de Protección Civil del Derecho al Honor, a la Intimidad Personal y Familiar y a la Propia Imagen. La autorización que aquí se concede sobre este material tendrá el uso señalado a los efectos de servir en las redes de Volar Andalucía y la misma no está sometida a ningún plazo temporal ni está restringida a ámbito nacional alguno.

4.- The signatory must withdraw without any limitation prior to the start of the activity if it exceeds their personal limits.

5.- He hereby admits and declares with full legal validity that he will only carry out activities for which he is qualified and of which he has experience, without exceeding his personal limits; that he will use the appropriate sports equipment diligently, always following the instructions of the coach.

The inscription in the present activity implies to be part of a data base that is registered in the Spanish Agency of Protection of Data, therefore the signer accepts that, in accordance with the regulation of Protection of Personal Data, authorizes that the data that facilitates to us to be included in some files whose ownership corresponds to Volar in andalucía. These data will be used to send you particular information about this activity and in general about the services, promotions and activities related to it. We inform you that you may also exercise your right to access, rectify and cancel your data by writing to info@volar-andalucia.com

IMAGE USE
The undersigned hereby authorizes Volar in andalusia to use the photographs and images taken during the activities carried out under its protection and organization or to include them in any audiovisual medium, web, social networks, etc., for the purposes of reproduction and public communication. This authorization to use the recorded content and the image, is made under the protection of the provisions of Law 1/1982, of May 5, Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and the Image itself. The authorization that is granted here on this material will have the indicated use to the effects of serving in the networks of Volar in andalusia and the same one is not subject to any temporary term nor is restricted to national scope some.
