Booking a flight with us is meant to be simple, and the process is the same whether you choose paragliding, paramotor or a hot air balloon. Here's exactly how it works, including the part most companies don't explain clearly: what happens if the weather doesn't cooperate.
The process, in 20 seconds
- 1. Book online with a €20 deposit, choosing your preferred date.
- 2. We check the forecast and confirm your exact time 24-48 hours before.
- 3. You fly and pay the remaining balance on the day.
- 4. If the weather isn't right, we reschedule at no extra cost — no fees, no arguments.
The €20 deposit
Booking online reserves your date with a €20 deposit. This confirms your place and lets us plan the day; the rest of the price is paid directly on the day of the flight, once it has taken place, in cash or by card.
Why we confirm the exact time 24-48 hours before
Paragliding, paramotor and especially hot air ballooning are all genuinely weather-dependent activities. Rather than fix a rigid time weeks in advance and hope for the best, we check the forecast close to your date and confirm the exact time and meeting point 24-48 hours beforehand — usually by WhatsApp or email. This is the single biggest reason our safety record and customer experience stay consistently good: we simply don't fly when conditions aren't right, and we tell you early enough to plan around it.
If the weather changes your plans
If we have to cancel for weather, you're never charged extra to reschedule. We'll offer the next suitable date within your trip if possible, or a refund of your deposit if a new date doesn't work for your travel plans. This is also why booking a flight for the middle of a longer stay in the area — rather than your very last morning — gives you the best chance of flying if the first date has to move.

- Clothing: comfortable clothes you can move in.
- Footwear: closed sports shoes — no sandals or heels.
- Sunglasses and, for the balloon's early start, a light jacket layer.
- A camera or phone — though our 40-minute paramotor flight and balloon flights already include photos/video of the experience.
Age, weight and health
For paragliding and paramotor, the weight range is wide — up to around 130 kg — and both children (with parental authorisation) and older adults in good health regularly fly with us. If you have a specific medical condition, pregnancy or recent surgery, contact us beforehand and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good idea.
Insurance
You don't need to arrange anything separately: accident and public liability insurance is included in the price of every flight, and we're a registered adventure tourism company with the Junta de Andalucía, number AT/MA/00330.
